Patch notes:
– Blog’s fully moved over to Anivoy.com
– Requiem for Sanity and Webcomic “Anivoy” moved off their individual CMS.
– To avoid confusion, I’ll refer to Webcomic “Anivoy” as QEWA (Quack Experimental Webcomic “Anivoy”) from now on.
– Anime-Envoy.com will soon 1:1 redirect if the structure has stayed intact. Else it’ll pull you back to the front page or at worst you’ll see a cute girl denying you access.
– Comments lost & disabled (I still have them in a txt file, you will be remembered~).
– Converting SWF files to video is still on the to-do list.
– Cleaned up a few internal dead links, noticing errors in the log.
– My wrist hurts again from manually moving this over because of php incompatibility issues
– Still working out some css kinks like the galleries in posts.
Let’s hope this’ll last. The shit I do to save €20.
I’ll now crawl back into my box fort to continue the hunt.

Go and hire “Tsukimiya” in your Xenoblade X teams. She won’t bite.
No real changes in situation, though now also looking into just buying a house.
Makes me wish I was born a decade or two earlier.

Google still insists it’s a streaming site instead of a blog, so bleh. – Return webcomics to monkeh (DONE!)
It’s spread over various cms and it’s annoying to work with. I only started doing it because I didn’t like manually updating the Archive, but since everything’s on hiatus anyways because of my wrist and home situation…
I’ll just do everything the old-fashioned way, like how I’m managing the figure comics. Links will die though. Oh well. – Other misc site stuff You kids and your fancy html5 and whatnot. Back in my day… – That youtube videoing stuff when I upgrade my PC so it doesn’t shit itself trying to render.
Hey there, how’s it going?
Me? Terrible. 2023 was an awful year. Lot of bad things happened, and it was hard to stay optimistic. With that out of the way, let’s look at what’s in store for Anivoy.
Haven’t updated since… March… So let’s get on with it.
Site updates: I only want to ‘blog’ when I have WALL OF TEXT. Not much happened to warrant that, so that’s why my Twitter’s become so active. It’s good for the short bursts.
Then in the background of the site itself, there’s technical difficulties that I have a hard time dealing with that requires me to convert a lot of things. Because now all I get are errors..
So when I do go through with it, HUGE chance that at least the comic urls will change. Well, I’ve given up on Google rankings anyways.
It keeps pestering me to make the site smartphone friendly.
No, Google. No.

Said switch being the Anivoyization of AE, not the Nintendo Switch. Even though I rant about my OCD with it a lot (Just had to find out there was a slight brighter spot in the corner last night… After almost 6 months… ARGH! Well, I do mainly play TV-mode).

Whew, that’s finally over.
A while ago the PC broke down and upon suggestion of other people, I went and built my new PC instead of buying one ready2go from a store. Oh boy..
Assembly took a while, but I managed. Performance and stuff is obviously way better than my old computer. GW2 plays so smooth on Ultra~ Gone are the days of 14fps on lowest settings!
Currently only moving over data and sorting everything again. No real rush with the sorting though.
I got at least the basics installed and should be able to upload the new Anivoy and Requiem layouts soonish. The AE one will take another bit, still not satisfied with it. Else I’ll just AEify the Anivoy one.
The SSD write-lifespan thing still terrifies me a little though..

Woke up to see a google search DMCA mail in my inbox, concerning… my Angel Beats Summary posts (Also 14 spam mails in Japanese, but that’s not the point).
When I looked up the complaints, my site was bundled with all these streaming sites…
Nowhere on this site will you find an episode to watch!
Some people, geez..
Edit: And got another.. For a page that doesn’t even work anymore. This confirms they don’t even check the content. JCCA confirmed for being incompetent.
So let this be known to all, never include the word episode in a blogpost title.

Well, at least I got some nifty new features.
Like you can comment on the comics! I can make news posts without them being linked to comics!
I’ll uh.. Also go and fix all the terrible typos and uh.. do some retco- switch world lines in the older comics while I’m at it.
Will make a new layout that’s compatible after new years, so till then, enjoy this.. empty look.
Which I actually kinda like, will Requiemify it, maybe.

So I wanted to add something and figured I’d update the cms while I was at it.
Bad idea.
Upgrade borked, shitting up the links and I was eventually forced to do a reinstall.
Backup isn’t being nice, so I have to re-add everything manually.
There goes a day of working on that surprise for you guys..
